Siap Berkas adalah aplikasi untuk menyimpan, merapikan, dan menyiapkan berkas pribadi Anda, seperti KTP, KK, ijazah, SIM, dan pas foto. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang diproses aplikasi dan bagaimana data itu dilindungi. Beberapa fitur yang disebutkan di bawah tersedia bertahap melalui pembaruan aplikasi.

Kebijakan ini berlaku untuk aplikasi Android Siap Berkas: Brankas Dokumen (ID paket com.siapberkas.app) di Google Play, yang dikembangkan dan diterbitkan oleh acdwisu (merek Andalan Plus). Kata “kami” dalam kebijakan ini merujuk pada acdwisu selaku pengembang aplikasi.

Ringkasnya: semua berkas Anda tersimpan terenkripsi di HP Anda sendiri. Kami tidak punya server untuk menyimpan berkas, tidak meminta akun, dan tidak bisa melihat dokumen Anda.

1. Berkas Anda tetap di HP Anda

  • Foto dan PDF dokumen, data profil (nama, NIK jika Anda isi, alamat, dan lainnya), data anggota keluarga, catatan, serta pengingat hanya disimpan di perangkat Anda.
  • File dokumen dan database aplikasi dienkripsi (AES-256). Kunci enkripsinya disimpan di Android Keystore pada perangkat Anda.
  • Nomor dokumen seperti NIK disamarkan di layar dan baru ditampilkan jika Anda mengetuknya.
  • PIN aplikasi tidak disimpan dalam bentuk asli, melainkan dalam bentuk hash.
  • Layar yang menampilkan dokumen diblokir dari tangkapan layar dan pratinjau aplikasi terbaru. Anda dapat mengubahnya di Pengaturan.
  • Backup otomatis bawaan Android dinonaktifkan, sehingga berkas tidak ikut tersalin ke cloud tanpa sepengetahuan Anda.

2. Pemindaian, baca teks, dan pas foto

  • Pemindaian dokumen, pembacaan teks otomatis dari KTP/SIM/KK, dan penggantian latar pas foto menggunakan teknologi Google ML Kit yang berjalan di perangkat. Gambar dan teks dokumen Anda tidak dikirim ke kami maupun ke layanan cloud mana pun untuk diproses.
  • Agar fitur ini berfungsi, Google Play services dapat mengunduh atau memperbarui model pemrosesan, dan dapat mengirim informasi teknis tentang kinerja fitur tersebut ke Google. Informasi ini tidak berisi gambar atau isi dokumen Anda.
  • Hasil baca teks otomatis hanya berupa saran dan selalu Anda periksa sebelum disimpan.

3. Pembelian Siap Berkas Pro

Pembayaran Siap Berkas Pro diproses sepenuhnya oleh Google Play. Kami tidak menerima data kartu atau metode pembayaran Anda. Aplikasi hanya menerima status pembelian dari Google Play untuk membuka fitur Pro.

4. Backup

  • Backup lokal: file backup disimpan di folder yang Anda pilih dan dienkripsi dengan kata sandi backup yang Anda buat. Kami tidak mengetahui kata sandi tersebut dan tidak dapat memulihkannya jika lupa.
  • Backup Google Drive (Pro, opsional): jika Anda mengaktifkannya, aplikasi masuk dengan akun Google Anda dan menyimpan backup terenkripsi di folder aplikasi tersembunyi di Google Drive milik Anda sendiri. Aplikasi hanya dapat mengakses folder tersebut, bukan file Drive Anda yang lain. Kami tidak memiliki akses ke Google Drive Anda. Anda dapat memutus koneksi kapan saja.

5. Membagikan berkas

Berkas hanya keluar dari aplikasi jika Anda sendiri memilih untuk membagikan atau menyimpannya, misalnya ke WhatsApp, email, atau folder di HP. Setelah dibagikan, berkas tersebut tunduk pada kebijakan aplikasi atau pihak penerima. Kami menyarankan memakai fitur watermark untuk salinan dokumen identitas yang Anda kirim.

6. Pengingat, widget, dan dokumen darurat

  • Pengingat kedaluwarsa dijadwalkan sebagai notifikasi lokal di HP Anda. Teks notifikasi tidak memuat nomor dokumen.
  • Widget layar utama secara bawaan hanya menampilkan jumlah pengingat, tanpa nama atau isi dokumen. Anda dapat mengubahnya di Pengaturan.
  • Dokumen darurat yang Anda pilih tetap memerlukan verifikasi sidik jari atau wajah sebelum dibuka.

7. Izin yang digunakan

  • Kamera: untuk memindai dokumen dan mengambil pas foto.
  • Notifikasi: untuk pengingat kedaluwarsa dan pengingat backup.
  • Jalan saat perangkat dinyalakan: untuk menjadwalkan ulang pengingat setelah HP dihidupkan kembali.
  • Biometrik (opsional): untuk membuka aplikasi dengan sidik jari atau wajah. Data biometrik dikelola sistem Android dan tidak pernah diakses aplikasi.
  • Internet: hanya untuk pembelian lewat Google Play, backup Google Drive, unduhan model ML Kit oleh Google Play services, dan iklan di versi gratis (bagian 8).
  • ID iklan: dipakai Google AdMob untuk iklan di versi gratis (bagian 8).

Siap Berkas tidak meminta izin membaca semua foto atau semua file di HP Anda. Untuk mengambil foto atau PDF, aplikasi memakai pemilih file bawaan Android, sehingga hanya file yang Anda pilih yang dapat dibuka.

8. Iklan di versi gratis, tanpa analitik

Versi gratis menampilkan satu iklan banner dari Google AdMob di Beranda. Siap Berkas Pro tidak menampilkan iklan.

  • Iklan tidak pernah tampil di layar yang menampilkan dokumen, dan tidak ada iklan layar penuh.
  • Untuk menampilkan iklan, Google menerima: ID iklan perangkat, alamat IP (yang dapat menunjukkan perkiraan lokasi), informasi perangkat (model, versi Android, bahasa), serta interaksi dengan iklan (iklan ditampilkan atau diketuk). Data ini diproses Google sesuai kebijakan Google tentang data dari aplikasi partner.
  • Isi dokumen, foto, nama, NIK, data profil, dan data anggota keluarga Anda tidak pernah dikirim ke Google AdMob maupun ke kami.
  • Pengguna di Wilayah Ekonomi Eropa dan Inggris diminta persetujuan sebelum iklan dimuat, dan dapat mengubah pilihan kapan saja lewat Pilihan privasi iklan di Pengaturan.
  • Menonaktifkan iklan yang dipersonalisasi: buka Setelan Android › Google › Iklan, lalu hapus atau setel ulang ID iklan. Iklan tetap tampil, tetapi tidak berdasarkan minat Anda.

Pembaruan perbaikan aplikasi. Saat dibuka, Siap Berkas memeriksa dan mengunduh pembaruan perbaikan dari layanan Shorebird, agar perbaikan bisa sampai tanpa menunggu pembaruan di Play Store. Yang dikirim hanya data teknis: ID aplikasi, versi aplikasi, nomor pembaruan, platform dan jenis prosesor, ID acak instalasi, serta status pemasangan pembaruan; alamat IP terlihat oleh server seperti koneksi internet pada umumnya. Isi dokumen, foto, nama, NIK, dan data profil Anda tidak pernah dikirim.

Versi baru di Google Play. Saat dibuka, Siap Berkas menanyakan ke aplikasi Google Play di HP Anda apakah ada versi baru, lalu menawarkan pembaruan lewat layar Google Play. Pemeriksaan ini ditangani Google Play; Siap Berkas tidak mengirim isi dokumen, foto, atau data profil Anda.

Selain itu, Siap Berkas tidak memuat pelacak, alat analitik, atau pelaporan crash dari pihak ketiga. Kami tidak menjual data pribadi Anda.

9. Bukan aplikasi resmi pemerintah

Siap Berkas bukan aplikasi resmi pemerintah dan tidak terhubung dengan instansi mana pun. Aplikasi ini hanya menyimpan salinan pribadi dokumen Anda dan tidak menggantikan dokumen asli maupun layanan resmi. Daftar persyaratan di dalam aplikasi bersifat panduan dan dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu; selalu periksa ke instansi terkait.

10. Hak Anda dan penghapusan data

Karena data Anda tersimpan di perangkat Anda, Anda memegang kendali penuh untuk melihat, mengubah, mengekspor, dan menghapusnya, sesuai hak subjek data dalam UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi.

  • Menghapus satu dokumen: hapus dari aplikasi. Dokumen masuk Sampah dan terhapus permanen setelah 30 hari, atau segera jika Anda mengosongkan Sampah.
  • Menghapus semua data: hapus aplikasi, atau buka Pengaturan Android › Aplikasi › Siap Berkas › Penyimpanan › Hapus data.
  • Menghapus backup: hapus file backup lokal dari folder tempat Anda menyimpannya. Untuk backup Google Drive, buka Google Drive › Setelan › Kelola aplikasi › Siap Berkas › Hapus data aplikasi tersembunyi.

11. Anak-anak

Siap Berkas ditujukan untuk pengguna dewasa (18 tahun ke atas). Orang tua dapat menyimpan dokumen anggota keluarga, termasuk anak, di perangkat mereka sendiri. Kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data dari anak-anak.

12. Perubahan kebijakan

Kebijakan ini dapat diperbarui, misalnya saat ada fitur baru. Versi terbaru selalu tersedia di halaman ini dengan tanggal berlaku yang diperbarui.

Siap Berkas: Brankas Dokumen Privacy Policy

Siap Berkas is an app for storing, organizing, and preparing your personal documents, such as ID cards, family cards, diplomas, driving licences, and passport photos. This policy explains what data the app processes and how it is protected. Some features described below are made available gradually through app updates.

This policy applies to the Android app Siap Berkas: Brankas Dokumen (package ID com.siapberkas.app) on Google Play, developed and published by acdwisu (Andalan Plus brand). “We” in this policy refers to acdwisu as the app developer.

In short: all your documents are stored encrypted on your own phone. We have no servers that store documents, require no account, and cannot see your documents.

1. Your documents stay on your phone

  • Document photos and PDFs, profile data (name, national ID number if you enter it, address, and more), family member data, notes, and reminders are stored only on your device.
  • Document files and the app database are encrypted (AES-256). The encryption key is kept in the Android Keystore on your device.
  • Document numbers such as your national ID number are masked on screen and only shown when you tap them.
  • Your app PIN is never stored in plain form; only a hash is kept.
  • Screens that show documents are blocked from screenshots and the recent-apps preview. You can change this in Settings.
  • Android's automatic backup is disabled, so your documents are not copied to the cloud without your knowledge.

2. Scanning, text recognition, and passport photos

  • Document scanning, automatic text reading from ID cards, licences, and family cards, and passport-photo background replacement use Google ML Kit technology that runs on your device. Your document images and text are not sent to us or to any cloud service for processing.
  • For these features to work, Google Play services may download or update processing models and may send technical information about the features' performance to Google. This information does not include your images or document contents.
  • Automatically read text is only a suggestion and is always reviewed by you before it is saved.

3. Siap Berkas Pro purchase

Payment for Siap Berkas Pro is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive your card or payment details. The app only receives your purchase status from Google Play to unlock Pro features.

4. Backup

  • Local backup: backup files are saved to a folder you choose and encrypted with a backup password you create. We do not know this password and cannot recover it if you forget it.
  • Google Drive backup (Pro, optional): if you turn it on, the app signs in with your Google account and stores an encrypted backup in a hidden app folder in your own Google Drive. The app can only access that folder, not your other Drive files. We have no access to your Google Drive. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Sharing documents

Documents only leave the app when you choose to share or save them, for example to WhatsApp, email, or a folder on your phone. Once shared, they are subject to the policies of the receiving app or person. We recommend using the watermark feature on copies of identity documents you send.

6. Reminders, widget, and emergency documents

  • Expiry reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your phone. Notification text never includes document numbers.
  • By default, the home-screen widget only shows the number of reminders, without document names or contents. You can change this in Settings.
  • Emergency documents you select still require fingerprint or face verification before they open.

7. Permissions used

  • Camera: to scan documents and take passport photos.
  • Notifications: for expiry and backup reminders.
  • Run at startup: to reschedule reminders after your phone restarts.
  • Biometrics (optional): to unlock the app with fingerprint or face. Biometric data is managed by Android and is never accessed by the app.
  • Internet: only for Google Play purchases, Google Drive backup, ML Kit model downloads by Google Play services, and ads in the free version (section 8).
  • Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob for ads in the free version (section 8).

Siap Berkas does not request permission to read all photos or all files on your phone. To pick photos or PDFs, the app uses Android's built-in pickers, so only the files you select can be opened.

8. Ads in the free version, no analytics

The free version shows one banner ad from Google AdMob on the Home screen. Siap Berkas Pro shows no ads.

  • Ads never appear on screens that show your documents, and there are no full-screen ads.
  • To serve ads, Google receives: your device's advertising ID, IP address (which may indicate approximate location), device information (model, Android version, language), and ad interactions (ads shown or tapped). Google processes this data under its policy on data from partner apps.
  • Your document contents, photos, name, ID numbers, profile, and family member data are never sent to Google AdMob or to us.
  • Users in the European Economic Area and the UK are asked for consent before ads load, and can change their choice at any time via Ad privacy options in Settings.
  • To turn off personalized ads: open Android Settings › Google › Ads, then delete or reset your advertising ID. You will still see ads, but not based on your interests.

App fixes. When opened, Siap Berkas checks for and downloads fix updates from the Shorebird service, so fixes can arrive without waiting for a Play Store update. Only technical data is sent: app ID, app version, update number, platform and processor type, a random installation ID, and whether an update installed; your IP address is visible to the server as with any internet connection. Your document contents, photos, name, ID numbers, and profile data are never sent.

New versions on Google Play. When opened, Siap Berkas asks the Google Play app on your phone whether a new version exists, then offers the update through Google Play's own screen. This check is handled by Google Play; Siap Berkas does not send your document contents, photos, or profile data.

Apart from this, Siap Berkas contains no trackers, analytics tools, or third-party crash reporting. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Not an official government app

Siap Berkas is not an official government app and is not affiliated with any government agency. It only stores personal copies of your documents and does not replace original documents or official services. Requirement checklists in the app are guidance only and may change at any time; always confirm with the relevant agency.

10. Your rights and deleting your data

Because your data is stored on your device, you have full control to view, change, export, and delete it, in line with data subject rights under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

  • Delete one document: delete it in the app. It moves to Trash and is permanently deleted after 30 days, or immediately if you empty Trash.
  • Delete all data: uninstall the app, or open Android Settings › Apps › Siap Berkas › Storage › Clear data.
  • Delete backups: remove local backup files from the folder where you saved them. For Google Drive backups, open Google Drive › Settings › Manage apps › Siap Berkas › Delete hidden app data.

11. Children

Siap Berkas is intended for adult users (18 years and older). Parents may store documents of family members, including children, on their own device. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, for example when new features are added. The latest version is always available on this page with an updated effective date.
